1700 years of Jewish life in Germany - 321 to 2021
In 2021, Jews have demonstrably been living on the territory of present-day Germany for 1700 years. Under the name #2021JLID - Jewish Life in Germany, around a thousand events will be organised throughout Germany. These include concerts, exhibitions, music, a podcast, video projects, theatre, films and much more. The aim of the festival year is to make Jewish life visible and tangible and to counteract the rise of anti-Semitism.
