Responsibility for the information

The respective offices are responsible for the factual accuracy of the individual topics, descriptions of services and master data on organizational facilities. The general responsibility for the content lies with the press office. The data has been carefully researched and prepared, but no responsibility is taken for its completeness and accuracy. The city of Freiberg expressly reserves the right to change, supplement, delete or temporarily or permanently cease publication of parts of the pages or the entire website without prior notice.

The city of Freiberg is responsible as a service provider according to § 7 para. 1 TMG for its own information, which it provides for use, under the general laws.
According to § 7 para. 2 TMG, the city of Freiberg is not obliged to monitor the information transmitted or stored by it or to investigate circumstances that indicate an illegal act. Liability is only possible if the city of Freiberg is aware of any illegal third-party content.

The Internet presence of the City of Freiberg contains external links that lead to third-party content.

The city of Freiberg has sighted the foreign contents at the first linkage. At that time, no illegal content was identifiable.
